"I worked with Darren Masters and his assistant on several projects, some that involved a complete renovation. To define “complete”, that meant all sheet rock, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, windows, roof, driveway, landscaping etc. were replaced. Then once done, all of the fit and finish was done, including but not limited to Smooth Wall finishes which is EXTREMELY hard to get perfect, high-end cabinets, large format tile throughout etc. etc. This also includes ripping off the rear of a home so an addition could be added so that the addition looked as though it was designed when home was initially built. On one project we needed to rip off the front of the garage to extend the garage so a larger vehicle could fit inside. My expectation is for PERFECTION on my projects. Some GC’s may run from someone like me, but Daren and his assistant appreciated and embraced my desire for perfection. Obviously, perfection does cost more and does take more time. But I feel those are short term issues compared to dealing with lesser quality that you are stuck with for perhaps EVER!!! Bottom line, Daren and his assistant did not disappoint."
